Private Apartment In Villa With Pool,over looking Lake Garda, pet friendly

At Monte Pico, the owners live in the upper area of the villa and have left the apartment at the ground floor, with separate entrance, for the exclusive use of their guests. The apartment, opening to the front yard of the house, is airy, spacious and comfortably furnished with some art Deco pieces. The floors are covered with timber parquetry and walls are decorated in warm cream tones; ample external spaces are at disposal of guests for barbecues, picnics and outdoor dining. The free shape swimming pool is situated at the top level of the property and is shared with owners (time sharing can be arranged).
The entrance of the apartment is into a spacious open plan room, with the sitting area arranged by the large fireplace and the dining area in the opposite corner.

In this area is also a bathroom with an ample shower recess and laundry facilities.
From the corridor you get to the two bedrooms:

Lovely appartment
We really enjoyed our stay in Ennio and Grazia’s appartment which forms the lower ground floor of their beautiful hillside home. The appartment is spacious and well equipped and is set within lovely gardens with plenty of space to eat and relax in private whilst enjoying the view over Lake Garda. The pool also affords great views and is a relaxing place to spend a day in the sun. The owners were very welcoming too and were very much enjoyed our stay.

A very relaxing place
Check in was very easy ,owners were lovely and very welcoming. The apartment was very spacious,outside the garden has a spectacular view of the lake and a huge pool and a bbq . Wine tasting is available down the road a short walk,well worth it . If we are back in this region again I would go back.

Wonderful stay in Lonato del Garda
Our family (me, my husband and our two sons (aged 14 and 17) had a wonderful fortnight's holiday here (despite the pandemic!). The views from the house are spectacular, the apartment is spacious and airy (cool even in hot temperatures) and includes everything you need, We loved the pool (which is larger than the photos imply) and the house is only a short drive from shops and various lakeside towns. Thank you Grazia for making us so welcome.

The owners - Grazia and Enzo could not be more welcoming or helpful - really made us feel at home, The property itself is even more stunning in real life - the view over Lake Garda and the mountains is amazing. The swimming pool is the best we have ever had - much larger in real life then it looks in the pictures and is impeccably clean. Property is well located - just 5 minutes drive to Lonato and its facilities (including supermarket) and about 10 minutes drive from Desenzano. We absolutely loved our stay here and would do so again if holidaying here in the future.

Super Anwesen mit Riesen-Pool
Ideal für Familie mit Kindern und auch Hund (Schönes Gelände, riesengroß mit Wald, soweit beurteilbar alles eingezäunt), klasse zum Austoben mit riesengroßem Salzwasserpool und gigantische Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, deren Nähe (wohnen im Haus, zu dem die Wohnung gehört) nie störte. Poolzeiten gut miteinander koordinierbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumurlaub in malerischer Umgebung - Dream vacation in picturesque surroundings
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub mit Hund: Eine schöne, sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung in der von den Gastgebern bewohnten Villa auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit tollem Pool, eigenem Wald und atemberaubenden Blick auf den Gardasee und die Berge. Grazia und Ennio sind äußerst sympathische Gastgeber, die uns sogar mit frischem Gemüse aus ihrem Garten versorgt haben - ganz herzlichen Dank für die unglaublich schöne Zeit bei euch! We had a wonderful family vacation with dog: a beautiful, very attractively furnished apartment in the villa inhabited by the hosts on a huge property with great pool, private forest and breathtaking views of Lake Garda and the mountains. Grazia and Ennio are extremely sympathetic hosts who even provided us with fresh vegetables from their garden - thank you very much for the incredibly wonderful time!

Wunderbare Ferien wohnung mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Wirtsleuten. Es war alles super. Wir waren zu viert davon 1 Rollstuhlfahrer und hatten 2 Hunde dabei . Perfekter Urlaub. Sehr saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Der Pool ist eine sehr gross und sauber. Wir sind begeistert auch von den Wirtsleuten.

Wir waren für 1 Woche hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool mit der schönen Aussicht war einfach traumhaft. Wir haben die Natur und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Hatten wir Lust auf mehr Trubel, sind wir in 8 Minuten mit dem Auto in Desenzano gewesen. Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!!

Beautiful place and lovely owners
Our holiday was a success through and through. This was also due to the beautiful place of Lonato, but especially to the wonderful accommodation of Grazia and Ennio and their friendliness. The property is very large. Olive trees, peach trees, laurel, thyme, rosemary, lavender bushes and much more can be found here. The pictures almost do not do justice to this beautiful place. The view of Lake Garda is fantastic. As the property is fenced, our dog could enjoy the garden as well. The pool is very large, very clean and meticulously cleaned every day by Ennio. Although they like to use the pool themselves twice a day for a short time, this was always very uncomplicated. The house is divided into two large flats, giving everyone their own living and garden area, peace and quiet. In addition, the flat is also very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners are very friendly, relaxed and lovely and even gave us some cucumbers from their own garden. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly come back ourselves.

Genialer Urlaub für Ruhesuchende
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. In absoluter Alleinlage, fern des Tourismus, kann man die schöne Umgebung mit Blick auf den Gardasee genießen und ist trotzdem in 10min Autofahrt in Desenzano. Der Pool ist mega. Ca 15m lang und 5-6 m breit, Salzwasser und immer frei zugänglich, außer die kurzen Zeiten, in denen die Eigentümer schwimmen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einfach alles top!

Tolles Haus- ruhig gelegen und doch nahe am See
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem großen und weitläufigen Anwesen. Das Haus ist in 2 Ebenen mit eigenen Eingängen unterteilt. Oben wohnen die -sehr netten- Vermieter, die uns sogar mit frischen Früchten und Salat aus dem Garten versorgt haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt unten, hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und einen sehr großen Wohn-Essbereich. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich der große Pool mit einzigartigem Blick auf den Gardasee. Das weitläufige Anwesen war perfekt, um mit unserem Hund kurze Spaziergänge zu machen. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man im täglichen Bedarf benötigt, (Gas)Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Nespressomaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen,... 2 Abende haben wir beim Grillen vor der Wohnung verbracht. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Gardasee, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren als Familie -2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kinder plus Hund- unterwegs und haben es sehr genossen, dass man auf der einen Seite sehr ruhig und abgeschieden ist, auf der anderen Seite sehr schnell am See, zum Einkaufen oder auch zum Sightseeing ist. Sirmione ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in Verona ist man in 40 Minuten. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir sofort für kommendes Jahr wieder buchen werden.

Perfekte Location für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Es war eine perfekte Urlaubswoche für uns. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel, im Gegenteil. Das Anwesen liegt erhöht - man passiert die Einfahrt durch ein elektrisches Tor und fährt einen kleinen Weg hinauf, kein Problem für große SUV's. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Der Salzwasserpool ist mega schön und wahnsinnig groß. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Vor allem ist die Fewo sehr schön kühl, bei der Wärme äußerst angenehm. Das Haus liegt super zentral, egal ob Einkauf, Restaurant's, Strand, Bootstour oder Sightseeing an der Küstenstrasse, für uns war es genial. Und man hat einfach seine Ruhe, keine Nachbarn. Die Vermieter waren sehr zurückhaltend und dennoch herzlich. Für die Poolnutzung haben wir problemlos großzügige Zeiten vereinbart. Wir empfehlen das Haus absolut und kommen gerne wieder.
