There are 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites) and a separate cloakroom. This graciously large apartment offers a contemporary design with luxurious bathrooms, Integrated kitchen appliances and under floor heating. The property invites in much natural light with floor to ceiling windows and bright open spaces. Situated on the 18th floor. Residents in the area are presented with an abundance of transport options. Pinto Tower is located just off Wandsworth road. Vauxhall tube station is the closest tube link (0.5 miles) to Pinto Tower, Vauxhall is on the Victoria line. Vauxhall also offers national rail links to Waterloo, Clapham Junction and out of London. There are local bus links taking you to South London and into central Westminster and Victoria. Nine Elms Underground station is located right next to the apartment, expected to be completed around Autumn 2021\. The station will sit on the Northern Line extension form Kennington to Battersea. A great addition to the abundance of transport links already on offer in the local area. the penthouse is on a whole floor with a 360 view. The location is very convenient, a stone throw from many facilities, including restaurants, Starbucks, Sainsbury's, which is one of London's top supermarkets.
