"Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!"

Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle.
