Explore the nearby town and Discovery Trail on foot or bike, and return to a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances. The open living space captivates with panoramic ocean vistas, while the bedroom frames a stunning mountain range. Conveniently located, downtown Long Beach is just a 5-minute walk, offering diverse dining and shopping. Family-friendly activities abound, with miniature golf, go-karts, and an arcade nearby. Elevator access, outdoor amenities, and provided beach essentials ensure a seamless, unforgettable vacation for all.

This was an absolute gem of a location. Our views were unparalleled, and the few other guests we encountered during our stay were absolutely lovely. This was our first visit to Long Beach, and we're already looking to come back!

Ocean view was fantastic, 180 degrees view. Close enough to walk to the beach. The room was clean and contained all items for cooking and eating. List of room contents was very complete and accurate. Note the storage room door is to the right of the main entrance. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Overall, a great place to just chill out, watch the waves, enjoy the sunsets. We spent all of our time in the recliners just looking at the view. Unit was comfortable and well equipped. One negative is the lack of storage in bedroom - no dresser or placer to unpack small items. Also needs instructions for TV package and washer/dryer operation. Needs open shelves in comer of on both sides of bed. Had to buy air freshener for bldg elevator as carpet very musty,

#### Beautiful view 

Short stay at View from the Top provided us with a lovely & comfortable condo. The view was amazing & having the 2 recliners in front of the window provided the perfect excuse to relax, read & look out. We saw a deer. The kitchen provided all that we needed including water & ice in the frig. The furniture was very comfortable. Free designated parking spot assured us of always knowing where we were to park, although the complex at this time of year was not busy. The condo location was perfect for where we needed to be, which was a few minute drive. I loved the night lights. Communication before, during & after was thorough. In the bedroom there was only a very tiny cabinet, not big enough to unpack & put your things away. I understand this as the bedroom area is close but the closet was full too & there was no where to leave your suitcase open if you wanted to leave your things there. Just something to be aware of. In the binder of instructions, it would be helpful to have a sheet for the heat system & how to operate it. We loved our stay & wouldn't hesitate to come again if the opportunity presented itself.

#### Outstanding

The title says it all. Everything was about as perfect as you could hope for. Communication was awesome. Once we figured out the door knobs and windows it was even better lol. The listing doesn't say or show it that we saw - but they do have a Keurig pot as well as drip. They don't have an iron or board that we could find so that may be the only thing lacking for us. We also couldn't find the hotel carts referenced, but the elevator was always ready. Everything was well stocked, Clean. Great directions for everything. Covered parking (it rained so it was a plus). Great location and building. BUT - hands down the best aspect was the view. OMG what a view. We found ourselves sitting in the chairs just watching waves and reading. You could lose hours. Definitely would recommend and plan to stay again.

We spend 3 wonderful nights here. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular!

#### Our Stay

This unit wasn't clean. There was little black beetles dead and alive. The floor under the kitchen table was dirty as were all the little tables. The baseboards and heater vents were dirty and it was advertised that there was a working gas fireplace and it was not working.

#### Best view in Long Beach

This is a nice well appointed property with a fantastic view. At the top of the condo complex you can watch the ocean everyday. With an elevator it’s easy to transport your belongings to the condo. The management company ensures you have everything you need. They even check in with you on your first morning to ask if all is okay.
