Trash cans were overflowing from previous tenants when we checked in but property manager took care of that upon my request. House is about 2 blocks west of the Gulfport - Long Beach line, off Beach Blvd. The house does come with many amenities (like Pantene shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom) but you will still need to pick up a few supplies if you are planning on cooking or staying more than a day or two (such as coffee, trash bags, etc.) Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. All beds in Bedroom 3 (including the bunk beds) are full / double sized beds. The top bunk has no railing on the side so I wouldn't recommend having a child under twelve sleep there. There is very little clearance between the bottom and top bunks, which may be difficult for some adults to sleep on the bottom bunk without bumping their head. All mattresses in the house are on the soft side. The grill is charcoal. You'll need to supply your own charcoal and something to light the grill with (no matches or lighter in house.) Pool is about 12 feet by 25 feet and is a chlorine pool (not heated). There is a ledge on the deep end which is great for lounging. Large backyard with a fire pit and fenced in. Full size washer and dryer were great to wash all the wet clothes from the pool. Outdoor dining table was nice. ##### Michele L. It’s the best stocked home we have ever rented. We had 9 ladies and plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. We spent most of our time at the pool. Tanya was very attentive to our needs. We are already talking about another trip there in the future. We highly recommend it you will not be disappointed!
