The breakfast was alright but would have hoped for more. The pool was nice and clean, but unfortunately in the shade for the majority of the day. The room had a balcony which was only accessible by clambering up onto a windowsill and outside - shame as it was a nice place to sit and enjoy the sun!

We had no AC in our room and they stated they do not turn it on for the entire building until the following week. They brought us a fan to plug in. Weird bc the common areas most definitely had AC. Would not have booked with no AC in the room. Location was good and staff was very nice. A lot of older people staying there.

Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was well located. Easy access but not right in the middle of everything which is what we prefer. There were some lovely restaurants around the hotel area. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn’t like were the breakfasts. They were really sub par which was disappointing and quite unusual.
