"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "Had a nice stay at this property. It seemed newly renovated and is in a stunning location. Only a 15min drive into Cortina and close to many of the must see attraction in the eastern Dolomites. When we booked the hotel air conditioning was advertised, however, it seemed the it had since been taken out of use as the thermostat was in the unit but we could not turn it on. Open windows help cool down the room but also let in lots of bugs. Parking is included for free, however license plates are not registered for hotel guests and despite the “hotel guest only parking” sign the parking lot got very congested with people parking to hike in the mornings."
