Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "Rooms are fairly basic which was fine for one night. Small, but you have pretty much everything you need. The shower was pretty small, felt like I was inside a coffin tbh. Breakfast was included and they had plant milk as well as vegan croissants which was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly. Didn’t love that you had to pay €10 pp to use the sauna, assumed it would be included with booking. Free parking right in front of the property in the public square, with lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"This is a lovely, cute hotel in the center of Cortina. The staff were kind and accommodating and the rooms were very clean and lovely. The restaurant (for dinner) is only open in the winter time I believe. The breakfast was delicious and generous and the breakfast staff were courteous and attentive. I imagine the bar and lobby area (very fun, chic decor) are more lively during ski season, but we still enojoyed a beautiful glass of champagne in the cozy bar."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Plus! Our stay at Hotel Tofana Cortina has been absolutely wonderful. If I could give more than five stars, I would! The location is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and our room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, and the food was simply amazing. Everything has been thoughtfully done to make guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Honestly, I don’t have a single negative thing to say. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the people. A heartfelt thank you to every hardworking person at the front desk, in the kitchen and dining room, and to all the shuttle drivers who are always so helpful and friendly. And a very special thank you to Danish for all your help, kindness, and hard work. It has made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire Hotel Tofana team for taking such wonderful care of us. We have truly loved our time here and look forward to coming back next year!"

"Very clean and new period in a great location value for the area. The owner is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good value, extensive continental style and even had a freshly made cheesecake when I was there! Didn't bother me, but there is no elevator so if you have mobility problems or heavy suitcases you might want to make sure you ask for a lower floor. Parking at front and rear of property Would stay again."

"An incredible incredible location, very comfortable, and absolutely fantastic staff. The front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and helpful answering questions and setting my husband and I up with a private taxi to get where we needed to be last minute. Everything about our stay here was great and we had nothing but good things to say. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future."
