Each unit features a walk-out entrance directly to the premises, giving one the feeling of being in a single home. Bayport Beach and Tennis Club has 1200 feet of pristine, private beach and is contiguous to miles of walking in either direction. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for owners and guests. For swimmers, Bayport features a Junior-Olympic, heated pool, one of the largest on the Key. For tennis buffs, there are 4 har-tru tennis courts. Included at Bayport are a fitness center, fishing pier and kayak facilities. While walking our nature trails one is likely to spot osprey, heron, IBIS and Egrets, to name a few. Within minutes, one can access famous St Armand's Circle with its exceptional shopping and dining amenities. From there, cross beautiful Ringling bridge and your are in the center of downtown Sarasota, which is well known for world-class theatre, dining, opera, ballet, symphony, comedy, art galleries, the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and, the Van Wezel; home to Broadway and other professional entertainment. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the many waterways the area offers for boating, fishing, paddle boarding, surfing, etc. For golf enthusiasts, Longboat Key offers two private championship waterfront courses. In addition, Sarasota has many public courses. All of this is within easy reach from Bayport This vacation home was completely renovated in 2022 including new LVP flooring throughout, new paint with air-purifying technology, all new bathrooms, fixtures, kitchen, stainless steel appliances, induction cooktop, quartz countertops, closets, luxury bedding and coastal themed furnishings. Master bedroom includes a large work station with printer and ergonomic chair. Full size washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with a Nespresso Vertuo, Technivorm Moccamaster, electric teapot, Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, extensive glassware for martinis, cocktails, wine and more! Outdoors in the privacy garden is a new Weber grill and an outdoor dining table with an adjustable umbrella.
