The home has a spacious single story floorplan with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms a gameroom with a pool table. Great screened in Pool Area - Solar Heated Pool. Gas Pool Heater available.

The Outdoor patio has TV and comfortable seating for watching TV or eating Breakfast or Dinner on the Patio. A grill is also available for use.

The house is fully equipped with Linens, Pool and Beach Towels, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas for the beach.

Parking available for 3 Cars.

No Diving or Jumping in the Pool. The pool depth is not a deep pool. Use of the gas pool heater is an additional $20/day on an as used basis.
No use of the Boat Lift or Boat is allowed, your boat or a rental boat may be tied to the dock during your stay.
Please do not use kayaks or windsurfer in the garage. 4 bicycles are available for use.
