“The outside doesn't look like much, but the room was nicely appointed and clean. Everything was in working order. We enjoyed the breakfast with a good selection. If we travel this way again, we would certainly stay again.”

“It truly was not a very clean room. There were splatters of beverages on wall by garbage can. Also, some kind of splatters on wall above desk. Behind door in bathroom had not been cleaned or swept. We got fresh towels only, no making of bed. It wasn’t a quiet place. Also, no blow dryer in room which I haven’t seen in many years.”

“My sister and I booked the Allen House for the 4th of July weekend. We loved the property and the house is absolutely stunning. If you love old historical homes it's a great find. The owners were very kind and helpful and the food was so amazing!! We loved their dog captain and the room was very cozy and cute. The only thing I would say is that it gets very warm in the room and I like to sleep in colder rooms so that was my only complaint about the stay. Everything else was a 10/10. I would……
