It is in a conveniently set location, attached to our home with its own entrance between Looe and Polperro, our beautifully-presented semi-detached holiday home is on a level plot with two steps to the front entrance and a decking step to the rear.

We are just 1.5 miles from the coast and the scenic cove at Talland Bay. The village of Pelynt is about 2 miles away and has a well-stocked village store, as well as The Jubilee Inn which serves fine ales and good food.
An ideal base from which to explore the spectacular coast and the countryside, the beautiful Bodmin Moor can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, and the famous Eden Project is a similar distance away.
