Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! “We spent four nights recently in Serendipity in the Lakelands complex in Ambleside. We were delighted to find it clean, comfortable and well located with just steps to the local Tesco, shops and restaurants. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped, so was the bathroom, and there was good storage. We especially enjoyed the incredible views over the church, town and to the mountains from the oversized windows. Communication with……
