This hotel could be great but there are many wrong. Fire alarms setting late night, leaks and furniture malfunction and no shampoo or towels in the bathroom. However, place is beautiful, views are to die for and it has good customer service.

There was a lot of us wanting to buy drinks, the bar was only open between 4 and 10pm, also there wasn't sufficient seating for us Cruisers especially as we disembarked by 10am and rooms weren't ready till 3pm.

When we arrived at 3, we had to wait for our room. Bar and restaurant area was not clean. Empty bottles/glasses were everywhere and the tables were so dirty too. Limited menu so we went outside to eat. The room was okay, but pricey for $437. Not worth it. Would not recommend this hotel.

The marina actually ended up being pleasant for walking and the food was good. But the hotel is inconvenient for restaurants-- while also having a very overpriced restaurant inside. The quality of the property was poor- there was dust on lobby tables (for all four days we were there, still had not been cleaned), our room had stains on the bathroom walls, the curtains were ripped and very poor. Also-- who doesn't have smart tvs on premises? It was a very 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices (had to stay here for a class). We paid $72 for chowder starters and a plate of nachos to share-- way too much (though it was good food).

The rooms were rundown. Dated. My shower curtain snagged and toilet seat stained. One towel in my room and still damp. I called to ask for towels and they were also damp. Then the worst was the room temp. It was freezing. I couldnt figure out the temp unit for hours and then come to find out the window was open and not by me. The hallways were cold and quite frankly i was really uncomfortable the entire stay. Check in was long and she didnt ask about parking right away so i had to go back i wasnt aware you charged. Just not a hilton experience i had been used to. I also had booked a room with a view and that was also not the case.

Maria in the restaurant was the only bright spot. Front desk staff was rude. Doubletree has vans with their famous chocolate cookies emblazoned upon them, but no cookies were offered. Check was supposed to be 2:00 PM, but several folks in our party did not get rooms until after 6:00 PM.
