They had computer issues so check in was delayed and anything we wanted to buy was cash only. We finally got to check in but had to wait in a long line to do that. You would think they might comp a drink or something for the trouble but that didn't happen. The room was nice but we were overlooking a wedding venue and since they don't have quiet hours the music was blaring until one am. Since there was also lots of noise in the hallway at 7 am we did not have a restful night's sleep. It is a beautiful property and the wait staff at the restaurant is top notch so we did enjoy sitting outside for breakfast.

Such a beautiful stay we had. I actually selected the wrong day and they were kind enough to give us the correct date reservation at the same price. Staff was awesome and shuttle was great, they took us and brought us back at no extra cost, this helped us not having to pay for a taxi or Uber. The pool was warm and clean and they have other activities.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent day, you would think for the price point you would receive an above average experience. The cleanliness of the property was dirty throughout upon check-in. I noticed multiple areas throughout the room with collecting dust and cobwebs, paper and other items left from previous occupants just to name a few.

While the manager, front desk staff, and shuttle bus driver provided excellent customer service, my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing. The room I was initially assigned was not clean, and the Keurig coffee maker was disgustingly dirty, posing a potential health hazard. Despite being moved to another room, the cleanliness issue persisted. It was frustrating to encounter this problem, especially as my spouse and I were looking forward to celebrating our anniversary. I recommend that the hotel address its housekeeping standards to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

Terrible staff and service. They give you misleading information about everything and housekeeping woke me up! They overcharged us for parking after telling us the wrong amount. The bathroom in the room was hideous and this hotel seemed more like a MOTEL.

We were impressed with Ashley when checking in, she was professional and very efficient. Restraunt had a limited summer menu, food they offered was good. The pool was very crowded and I thought a little small for the size of the resort. It also was full of kids. The firepits around the property at night were so nice and relaxing. They need to have cushions on all the chairs though. Last but not least we stayed in building 4 on the 5th floor with beautiful views, but the elevator wasn't working.We asked the front desk when it would be fixed, they said a couple months. We will be back to this resort next year.
