There was a roach in my bathroom. They were also very busy that weekend and my room wasn't even ready at 5pm. I went to dinner and checked in at 8. The front desk people should be equipped with a list of dinner recommendations

I hate leaving bad reviews but I was really disappointed by how outdated the rooms are, popcorn ceilings in hallways the guest rooms, old, stained & frayed carpets, squeaky box springs, rust on hardwares in bathrooms at a socking level, bathroom floor & shower tiles are visibly dirty in the first two rooms … the door latch in the first room we were booked in was broke so they moved us to another room but it was dirty so they moved us again… staff really tried to accommodate but the fact that the lobby area is renovated & welcoming but the guest rooms are still outdated sadly and it’s understandably not in the staff’s control, Hilton needs to do better especially for the price they charge. The staff were nice and friendly but I will not stay there again unless they renovate the guest rooms. Location is great, breakfast was great & the staff were great.

Was okay overall. Was disappointing That our room had very dirty windows and they put us in a room that faced the roof of their adjoining building. No view just a rooftop. For a Hilton property was expecting a little more wow factor. The pool had cheap pool furniture and looked a little worn and tired.Staff was good but made us wait the 15 extra minutes before the 4pm check in. If check out is at 11 a room should be available at 3:45pm. But overall was not terrible just expected more from the name brand hotel that at other locations did deliver in expectation.
