The lobby and room were very clean. My visit was brief, but I felt safe and comfortable. Parking was sufficient. My only complaint was the sign that stated, "the lobby staff would return in 15-20 minutes". This sign appeared and remained up each time I went into or through the lobby. I went to check out and there were guests waiting in the lobby with not so happy faces due to no staff to assist them.

They property was clean at the pool area. The room itself was ok at check-in until I was going to put my grandchildren in bed that the sheets had blood and urine stains. I called the front desk and nobody answered, all four of us had to sleep in one bed. The next morning i went to the front desk and told them the issue. When i got back to the hotel that night they just left the sheets on the bed and didn’t even bother making the bed. Awful stay didn’t even clean the room the 6 days we were there.

I give 5 stars for the price and location. Cleanliness 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Outside could use some power washing and carpets inside some cleaning. It smelled like marijuana even though it’s Non-Smoking. You have to walk stairs if you’re on the second floor with no elevator in sight fyi. Two bars of soap. No shampoo or conditioner etc. Only 1 washcloth and 3 towels fyi. Plan accordingly. Great location! There is every store and restaurant close by. I will be coming back because they accept pets.
