The inside of the lobby is outdated and furnished with old furniture, I had to call the front desk immediately when I got in the room as my husband used the toilet and when he flushed the water came all the way up to the rim of the toilet . The AC did not wrk properly it was still warm. They sent maintenance 20 minutes later the guy was really nice as he tried his best to accommodate us. Then he told me to hold the lever down and wait till the water goes down then release the lever. No customer should not have to do this to flush a toilet. I was in room 431 and at nights there are kids running up and down the hallway, it seems like there are families living in the hotelAlso they charged my card a deposit then on my check out and dropping the key back in I saw they charge my card an additional $114 I told the girl at the desk and she said that’s because they didn’t see the Expedia virtual card, but she claimed that she reversed the charges I’m waiting as I returned home 48 hrs ago. I wil Not recommend, I blindly booked this hotel through Expedia as it was cheaper and the images showed a beautiful looking hotel outside.

The room had bugs beds was not comfortable the bathroom water had a horrible smell when you cut it on overall the place just needs to be updated and exterminated so that it can be bug free

Wyndham should no longer be associated with this property! The room was filthy! A homeless man was in the garage "rooting" through the trash. This presented a very real safety and disease potential to the guests. I have traveled extensively in and on 5 continents and have never had such a miserable experience.

I check out today and left some personal belongings in the room. I tried calling throughout the day but the manager Clara would always have an excuse first that the cleaners is having a break , then she is on break then then she is busy… worst customer service ever!

Not a bad hotel in general, however, the property lacks updated safety regulations for emergencies. Some inconveniences include: shoddy cable, poor house keeping, elevators with outdated inspection sheets (last inspected in 2021), and our room’s bathroom had the fan literally removed with nothing but interior wiring exposed. Just not a safe or convenient place to stay.

I didn't like the elevators didn't work. I also didn't like that the water would stop running throughout the day and night. The hotel looks newer in the pictures, but is really older in person. The surrounding neighborhood is not safe, and the location is nearby a highway, and is very loud!

We couldn’t get into our room for over an hour because the elevator was broke and the stairwell doors wouldn’t open with our keys. Fun times!! Being disabled and hauling 45 pound suitcases up four flights of stairs.

The property didnt feel safe to stay here. We decided to book this hotel after our flight got cancelled in the evening and decided to arrive here late. The room air conditioning was making a lot of noise so we couldnt sleep at all. We had to finally turn it off and sleep. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid booking this place. The property was smelling bad.

The building is very old, dirty, the ceilings have moisture stains, as does the bathroom (probably mold), entering through the parking lot smells of urine and marijuana all the time. In addition, the rooms smell bad and are not ventilated. If possible avoid this place.
