The rooms were super clean and very big. The particular area is very clean having a space to park your car. The whole parking lot is well lit. The couch and chair/ottoman need a good steam-cleaning! I am sure the Indian family that lives there and works there could go out a rent a machine for like 50 bucks and give all the cloth furnishing a good cleansing which would increase in repeat customers. But hey, that is just a thought, because the furniture really needs it! Plenty of space, great iron and board. The TV could be bigger, but other than that. The place is really great; they had a good iron and a CLEAN ironing board! The couch and the lounge chair need a can of "Glory" upholstery cleaner used on both of them, but every thing else was clean and when I walked in the room, it smelled clean! They could have bigger TVs . . . at a minimum ALL hotel systems should have at least a 42-inch in the rooms. Watching from the bed is necessary for that minimum of a size.
