There was AMPLE hot water and great water pressure in the shower! There was a drip coffee pot, french press, and an electric kettle and there was good coffee in the tin on the kitchen counter. There is a washer and dryer that were also much appreciated. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and commercial buildings and felt safe. It was a good location, right next to a grocery store, and near Culver City. Only one night was loud with music coming from a nearby venue but otherwise quiet and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Ralphs was just across the street so we were easily able to stock up some food the first night, and could run over when we finally decided what we wanted for dinners the rest of the week, or there were many restaurants close by for easy pickups. Very close to the beach, took us a few minutes to drive down there and be able to enjoy a little sunshine and the lively area. I didn’t have my kids with me this time around but will absolutely stay here with them next time we come down. Rooms were spacious and home was well stocked with everything we needed. Owners also checked in with us on the first day and gave us a great breakfast recommendation! The app they use for check in and any other information was very user friendly and I was able to get all my questions answered through the information they already had available. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area! ##### Kelly C.
