Yandell saved the day!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Yandell at check in, she is absolutely fantastic. As luck would have it, I accidentally had booked my room for the following night. She was kind, caring and patient as I worked with Expedia and with her manager getting my reservation changed so that I wouldn’t lose the money I paid for the reservation. I had been traveling all day and was exhausted so I was so thankful for the kindness. The room was super clean and comfortable and very quiet. I will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Merced !! Thank you again Yandell!!!
