We listened to their timeshare speech, after we declined, the "manager", a young guy with long blond hair, managed to be condescending and insulting to us, basically telling us were stupid and if we wanted to keep spend more money we were welcome. I have never experienced this before, in a "5star" resort, this is unacceptable.

Property was nice but not enough chairs at adult pool. No one mentions that the all inclusive doesn’t actually include all the food. Some food is deemed premium and not included as well as some drinks.

Our first time to Garza Blanca and we were blown away at the detail throughout the hotel. Very clean modern and very well designed. Room was spacious with excellent controlled AC and high quality finishes etc. Tile floor was a nice touch to keep feet cool and bed was extremely comfy. Truly loved all the restaurants (NIO at sunset was amazing and awesome ambiance) with attention to detail on the presentation and great service.The rooftop adult only pool was a nice getaway from the active lower pools. Loved the infinity pool on rooftop and was truly unique. We will definitely be back and highly recommend GB!

We stayed at Garza Blanca for four nights in July 2024. I was really looking forward to my stay but was disappointed and would not recommend a stay at this resort. First, the hotel is big and difficult to get around. The gym and hospitality room are really far away. The food is not great. The breakfast selections are repetitive and not really good. I always look forward to the chilaquiles when staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and these were terrible and for me personally inedible. They were sour/bitter just not tasty at all. They had a waffle, pancakes and crepe station that no one ever told us about so my kids missed out. There was no drink menu at breakfast so I wasn’t sure what coffee selections they had. The resort makes you sign a tab after every meal and drink so you can’t leave until you sign. This is annoying and unnecessary. You have an all inclusive package why do you need to know that your breakfast was $700 pesos or whatever it was. At dinner they don’t have a buffet option, so unless you have reservations you will be eating in your room and ordering room service. The menus are exactly the same day after day and night after night. No special addition to change things up for those staying 4 night. The hotel is nice but I would not stay here again. We also had an unpleasant experience where my dad was offered drugs by one of the vendors at the beach. Wish hotel could do more about those vendors but they might be limited given that it’s a public

The property is very nice and clean, but they don’t have food variety, during my 7 day stay every day during breakfast and lunch times it’s was the same food and menus. At dinner they have more choices, but has to be by reservation only. And there is another problem it’s almost impossible to get a place on the reservation list to dine at the times you want to, I have stayed at Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta and there is a enormous difference on the food variety. Will never go back to Garza Blanca in Los Cabo’s.

This is a beautiful propert. Most staff was friendly except for staff at the steak restaurant.. they need more night entertainment only fun was with Esteban at the pool he had it a little lively. They did do a great 4th of July show! But other nights after your dinner was quiet and non existent. It is picture perfect w facility and rooms are very clean.
