"This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this home. It’s perfect for 6 adults. The home is older and comes with some quirks which is also apart of its charm. Neil is a perfect host! His communication is great. We are hoping to stay again next year."

"This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group."

"The house was clean and having a bedroom with on suite located at the other side of house from other two bedrooms was good if privacy is something one interested in having. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe. Downtown was a nice walking distance too. I recommend The Rooster Cafe if you’re looking for variety and good tasting food."

"The property is very well described. Steps up are a little steep for folks with knee challenges. Kitchen was adequate but not recommended for complicated meals. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the whole property was immaculate. My VERY late check-in was handled perfectly and I really appreciated how simple and easy the whole process was."

"This house is close to my son and his family‘s house, so it’s a perfect location for my husband and I to stay and visit family. It is safe for my morning walks, with grocery shopping close by. This was not our first stay, and we will stay again. The house is comfortable and clean."

"The house wasn't as clean as I hoped over priced property that the owner later reveals another price amount after booking was confirmed and so basically charging over a thousand dollars for only 3 days for a out dated minamule admittaties an once vacating the property owner began texting rude comments an basically accused us me of destroying his house n so on an the harshing phone calls not once did the owner provide pictures proof of his allegations I do not recommand this house for anyone"

"I think there could have been more instruction on the lights and systems in the house. A few more bowl, pots and pans would have been nice. No pap er towels or napkins, batteries dead for the garbage can, no instructions for the bidets. Overall better communication and instruction would have helped"

"Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. "
