“-The property wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. Some garbage outside & around our cottage that wasn’t ours. I found the inside of the cabin smelt a little like cigarette smoke. We don’t smoke, so it was an easy smell to decipher as it smelt strong to us. -Semi-long check in process due to confusion with others checking in. -Felt rushed to check out as staff were driving by our cabin at check out time in a golf cart.”
