"Awful experience!!! Arrived at property and nobody was present to check in. Owner wanted us to go down the street to a different location to check in. He met us at property and said he never received payment which is a lie…… paid for property back in July. Left property and had to find another place last minute because they turned us away. The property is also not as it appears online . This place should not even be available to rent."

"Booked through Expedia. Wanted to change date and they couldnt contact host. I went to the motel and there is no office and the place was dirty. Tried to cancel and Expedia still could not contact the host. Neighbors said there had been automatic weapons fire behind the motel and law enforcement had been there. Was not anywhere near as advertised. Dirty gas grill in the parking lot. Met with represenative of the host on checkin date and requested my money back and was told they couldnt do that....

"Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine."
