I pride myself on being positive and reasonable and it actually breaks my heart to be force into the position to even write this. Im going to be as honest and fair as possible. PROS: Before I arrived the owner comminicated quickly and was pleasant. The location of the cabin is excellent,,, right near route 1 in the greater Boothbay area. The bathroom has been beautifully updated. The kitchen is well appionted with……

“The cabin overlooked Route 1. The heat pump was noisy. The cabin was smaller than expected. The shower needs to be updated. The bed was very comfortable. ”

“Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. ”

“Check in was smooth. Description showed 2 rooms, one with one bed, the other with twin beds. The second room only had one bed so we had to make some adjustments. Fortunately the sofa in the living room was comfortable but that person had to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom from the kitchen/ dining area. Other wise in terms of location it was perfect. No lobster steamer pot, though. I recommend this location as long as the sleeping situtation works for you / your group.”
