“Breakfast was wonderful. Be early or a bit later after first wave of tourists or you may have to wait in a lineup to eat. Reception was great and went to castle in am before checkout. Just walked over!”

“The hotel was nice, with a restaurant and bar downstairs. The beds were stiff, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were plentiful but, the scrambled eggs were runny and had some liquid added, it was the same at a previous hotel as well. It may be a cultural difference I am not use to though. The dinner was just absolutely amazing and delicious! You have to get the steak with dirty fries or the chicken plate! It will change your life, lol! The staff was very nice as well……

“It was quiet which is good. The term “Cottage”. Is certainly misleading. It was a TINY room , no amenities other than a kettle, instant coffee and tea, nothing else in the room other than a bed. The bathroom was adequate.”
