We usually stay at the CROWN PLAZA. This was a last min booking. So, we ended up at this place.This place was not clean. It REAKED OF MARIJUANA. I didn't appreciate waking up to the SMELL OF MARIJUANA. Rugs in room n all through hall and entry are VERY DIRTY. The bathroom in the room we stayed in had some toilet paper stuck to the door in the bathroom. The curtain in the shower did not stay closed. The shower rod was tilting on each side so the curtain slid down n wouldnt stay closed. These lil things may not be a big deal to some. But, for us. We will not be staying at this facility again. U GET WHAT U PAY FOR.

I particularly liked the breakfast that was served from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. I didn't like the spiders in the room. I had to kills spiders with my shoe. They were in the bathroom. This diminished my experience.

The property itself was a little rundown with questionable people sitting on the ground outside of the building. Inside the room was clean and looked like the pictures. The breakfast consisted of toast and cereal. The staff we interacted with were not very friendly, except for one man.

This property has not been cleaned or maintained properly for some time. Towels and sheets were stained. Carpets badly stained and poorly vacumed. Beds & pillows are worn out. Even though they are lower in price, it is not worth the money. Definitely a lack of interest in delivering a good experience to the customers.

Great location, very economical, but dated
Very economical, but you get what pay for. Common areas could have used a good scrubbing and carpet cleaning, but room had nice bed and was spacious. I’m not picky and would definitely go back given the cost savings compared to other hotels in the area—GREAT location for the Expo Center.

It did the job since we were there for a weekend tournament most our time in the expo center Pros: it was convenient to our location we needed to be ,it had a refrigerator and microwave not all staff was pleasant but one tall gentleman had the best customer service . It was clean Cons: Outdated , no sheer curtain so couldn’t open drapes so a bit dark (we were on 1st floor view was adjacent hotel parking lot ) ice machine didn’t work we had 2 queen beds in room and it was small. A/c unit has black dirt flying out (not much but noticeable) luckily the time we were there didn’t need it much

Almost a good stay
It smelled like sweaty gym at first, the dials on the AC were worn away so you had no idea what your adjusting. The "breakfast" wasn't even continental, it was cereal and milk and bad coffee. The bathroom was quite acceptable, clean, stocked and supplied. I can't really be objective since my fiancee ghosted me.
