Happy to give 5 stars for our experience with Spark! We saved this hotel and WILL be returning. Nothing but positive experiences there. We extended our stay another night even; knowing we were going to experience a comfortable and welcoming hotel. Close to several eating options, grocery or shopping needs, and the best go-cart place I've ever been to! The staff was incredible here - even making my little girl a SPECIAL birthday treat bag that had her GLOWING for her 5th birthday. Thank you for that, again!! Great recommendations on family activities. Parking was accessible and hotel is right by hwy.

No breakfast anymore No Pool! Very disappointed that they changed ownership we will NOT be staying here ever again! It used to be Sleeps Inn Suites and we loved it because of the accommodations they provided full breakfast & indoor pool. Saturday morning went down for breakfast to be told it’s a bagel bar “plain bagels” then later that day after we went to the funeral we came back and got dressed to go swimming came downstairs to get pool towels from front desk clerk to be told Pool is closed because of having equipment stored in the pool area but pool is up and running but won’t be able to swim till end of summer because of having to store equipment. Very extremely disappointed.

So when I booked this hotel, I feel like I should have been informed that it was under construction.. Dusty, unfinished and smelled like paint.. Which bothered my sons asthma.. The room was renovated but was missing a suitcase stand and the bedding for the pullout sofa.. when we asked for the bedding they gave us one sheet and a blanket that looked like it was dragged throw the parking lot.. The wall paper in the shower was dirty too.. The continental breakfast was terrible. There wasn’t much selection. It was bagels, yogurt and plastic wrapped muffin..

We would not have chosen this hotel if we were told it was under construction/remodeling. Wanted to use the guest laundry but it wasn’t available and neither was the indoor pool. People at check in had never been at that location before and didn’t even know where or if there was a restroom near the lobby. Couldn’t get the heater to blow warm air in the room so slept in our clothes and coats. Very disappointed as it was a Hilton hotel.

first, the motel was being renovated on the first floor so all the amenities as pictured in the ads were unavailable. They offered a reduction in the bill but there is no way to claim that through Expedia as they had already been paid. Second, there were some sort of bugs in the bed. After the two day stay, on the drive home, I developed over 60 welts from bug bites everywhere my skin was uncovered while sleeping. The hotel said they checked the room, found nothing in the bed where I slept, but exterminated anyway. There was nowhere else I would have got into anything and I was an idiot for not checking when I got there. Lesson Learned. My stay was February 23 & 24, 2024
