Overall I was very satisfied with this property. However the one negative was a pretty big one. I stayed in room 150. I found the air conditioning unit was an issue. The manual control knobs could not change the setting. The unit was blasting very cold air 24-7. I notified the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue and had a maintenance ticket opened to repair it. My issue is why rent out a room you KNOW has issues. I was there 2 nights and nothing was every done to address the problem. I had to use the ironing board to try and block the cold air at night pointing at the bed. The 2nd night I used towels held down by the iron to block the cold air. This was the only negative issue I had. Otherwise I thought the property was great. I would stay there again but next time I would demand a new room.

I read the other reviews before choosing this hotel and from them I made my decision to stay here. I now realize that any review that gave this hotel a 10/10 is definitely fake and made up. This hotel was a 2 at best. The room had mold on the bathroom door and wall. The ceiling had horrible patch work that was also moldy and looked like it was about to fall. The refrigerator was held up by a Pepsi cup. The carpet was old and had stains and marks on it. The handles on the dresser was hanging off. And to top it off they charged me $69 for the deposit (which should only have been $50) and I have not received my deposit back yet since over a week ago. I have called several times only to be told that the manager would get back to me. Please do not trust any of the reviews that give this hotel a high rating. It's just not true. Even when you drive into the parking lot you realize that you're starting at most a 6.

This was a great place to stay for graduation and family day for cadets at fort Knox very affordable breakfast was decent rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff was friendly and nice desk staff as well

Worst place I've ever stayed in my life and recommended any and everyone to book any hotel but this one. I booked this hotel for one night and was not given my deposit back. I was told the deposit was $50 I was charged $73.06. I have called 5 different times and get told every time that the manger is not there because she has multiple properties and she will give me a call back. After never receiving a call back i showed up in person to the hotel and was told the same thing. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT!
