Good to Know

One complimentary parking spot is included, with a designated space on the rooftop level of the on-site garage. Clearance is 7 feet, suitable for most standard vehicles but not oversized vans or tall trucks. The heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM year-round, with occasional short-notice closures for maintenance. This apartment does not have a balcony. This is a non-smoking property, and we aren’t able to accommodate pets, though service animals are always welcome.
