Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.

My stay @ The Tropicana: The outside Windows can use a good washing or upgrade, It's not a pretty scenery by the pool on the 6th Floor North Tower. My visits to most restaurants or bars I noticed employees behind the bar making drinks, touching money, cards and then touching the garnishment tray with out washing hands. Can we use tongs please. Why are the straws exposed & plastic ?Paper straws that are covered would be nice.Leaving the garnish tray exposed along with the chasers via cans. The property itself inside is wonderful, no need to go anywhere but the beach and your room. Staff was very friendly, helpful room was clean upon arrival. Casino was great, could use a bit more staff to clean. The outdoor pool was wonderful, loved the setup of your eating and drinking.

There was hair n places that showed the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. I have never been charged for internet for having more than 2 devices. I have never been expected to oay $400 to swim. They have age requirements for the hotel pool (21!) It’a been a month and I did not get my deposit back, even though we cleaned ourselves, and did not require staff.
