After a 5 day stay, we were finally just getting the lay of the land. Very large property with little signage. Confusing place. An arial type of map likely would have helped. Room in Havana Tower was outdated, scratchy sheets and smelled dirty and musty. Check-in through kiosks was convenient, but impersonal. Even when we found the front desk person (after much searching - with grumpy tired kids and luggage), they weren’t very friendly or helpful. Simply referred me back to the kiosk - versus manually checking me in. Upside is the casino and all the restaurant and food choices- Starbucks, bars - all within the hotel. There is also a market-type of place with tons of food and drink options (we stumbled on when we were lost) that we would have went back to…if we could have found it again. Hotel also provides a text concierge that is super quick to assist- any time of the day or night. And if you can find your way there’s indoor access all the way from The Quarter to the boardwalk. Would maybe stay here again if it were completely renovated and cleaner. And they provide us a map!
