Had to call three times because the room was not clean at all went and spoke to a manager. She sent someone back to clean the room when we got back the room was still dirty so during checkout, I spoke to Adriana, who sent me to Hama to have him put $75 on my card at Cesar when we get there it wasn’t there. I find that to be very, very bad customer service. The absolute worst experience of my life.

I paid almost 185$ per night + taxes and they didn't provide us a single amenity not even a single bottle of water. Pathetic.
