"The actual room was clean, however for $400 a night you’d expect a spectacular room. It was very very very basic. Some of the wall wasn’t even painted completely. The property was pretty sketchy. The elevator absolutely sucked. It almost forced you to go lug all your things upstairs."

"The room was not at all as pictured on your website. There was no table or chairs at all. The doors were full glass and covering for them was a dirty sheet of fabric. No trash cans.
