What We Love
Conveniently located a ten-minute walk from Downtown Loveland, you'll find this pleasant, family-friendly home. Spend your days outside, while visiting Sunnyside Park (located right across the street), Boyd Lake to swim/sunbathe on the beach, fish, paddle, or boat (less than ten minutes away), or head to the Sunday morning Farmer's Market at Fairgrounds Park by way of the bike path (turn go left and follow signs, about 15 min ride). Additionally, nearby, you'll be within 10 miles of the River's Edge Natural Area (pond fishing, walking trails), the Olde Course or Mariana Butte Golf Courses, and Devil's Backbone hiking trails. Simply want to workout, swim, or soak in a hot tub? Take a two-minute walk to the Chilson Recreation Center to utilize their exercise, aquatic, and sports facilities for a low daily fee.
Want more of the Colorado Experience? The town of Estes Park and access to Rocky Mountain National Park is a scenic 45-minute drive away. Staying local? Sample the restaurants, breweries, museums, shops, and events that Downtown Loveland has to offer an easy walk up the street.
Inside the central air-conditioned, bright, and updated interior of the 5th Street Retreat, discover all of the comforts of home. The spacious living room boasts an oversized sofa, 1/2 bath, large TV, and Bluetooth sound bar. The full kitchen radiantly gleams with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Sip your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or at the outdoor table on the front porch. Hosting a more formal meal? Utilize the large dining room table/chandelier. I almost forgot the retreat has 'the good ice' dispensed from the pellet ice machine on the counter.
The upstairs bedrooms are equally comfortable and bright, featuring soft linens, private TVs, ceiling fans, and en suite baths. Also upstairs, remote workers will appreciate the designated work desk and printer. Everyone will be pleased with the second-floor washer/dryer at their disposal. The finished basement boasts a 3rd bedroom with a ceiling fan, a full bath next door, and a movie room with a large TV, and an oversized sectional couch.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
