"- Customer service was solid. They did ask for card info for incidental however. - Hotel condition was good. Some minor wear and tear seen throughout the property. - Room was clean. Checked for bed bugs. Be glad to know they got no bugs. Had a small stain in the bathtub though. - Ice machine works. - Pool was clean and clean. - Hot breakfast is solid. Usually I pass by other Sleep Inn properties and they usually look very questionable, however this property is 👌. Would recommend here if you looking for a place to rest. "

"The Comfort Suites in Carlsbad, NM is well-run and managed. Great, kind service. Clean rooms. Close to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Exceptionally good breakfast. We felt safe and comfortable. The laundry facilities were very clean and efficient. I highly recommend staying with them. We stayed 2 nights."

"Nice atmosphere, great room. WIFI was weird. If you were not a choice reward member you had to watch a sponsor video. Kept logging us out. Went to front desk and she was not very helpful. Told me to read how to fix it in the room. Be better and give your customers wifi! Make it simple!!"
