“Lovely staff who were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you, even with the language barrier. The only disappointing part was that the bar was only available to guests using the restaurant. As we would often arrive back at the hotel too late for dinner, it would have been nice to be able to sit down and have a drink. The only option was the two vending machines in the lobby, which was a shame.”

“The room is super old and clearly run-down. The bed wasn't made properly, and the cleaners did a very sloppy job—there were only a few tissues left in the box when I checked in and no one restocked them. On top of that, the Wi-Fi is terrible—it's slow, keeps dropping, and I constantly have to log back in. Overall, the quality is really bad.”

"In general the experience is good. The room is big enough, The only down side was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The guy at the bar which is also the receptionist was extremely rude. We told him we booked a table. His reply was ‘so?’. We then told him we were early. His reply was ‘so?’. Not sure it’s the right attitude working at the restaurant. Otherwise the rest is fine."
