“Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs. ”

“Excellent stay on all fronts. The quiet outdoor sitting areas, spacious rooms, tasteful decor, and shady location among towering redwoods all contributed to a very enjoyable time. Host communication was prompt and clear. This is among the best vacation rentals we've encountered. I liked that it was well outside of town. Other places we've booked off Hwy 9 have been very noisy and cramped. I'd definitely stay here again.”
