Lord Lucan Restaurant & Bar was friendly & enjoyable to be with.

We loved everything about this place — the welcoming staff, beautifully designed lobby with plenty of seating to relax after a long day, and well-appointed, soundproof rooms where we slept wonderfully. The location is also fantastic, within easy walking distance of top attractions like the Jameson ...

Lovely lunch in lucan village at Courtneys .
Public bus transportation to Dublin was located right off the entrance.
Lucan Village is charming; several very quaint pubs; lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walk from Moat Lodge. The river Liffey flows through the village and there is a beautiful walking trail along the river and through a grove of old oaks.
Lucan was a quiet family friendly neighborhood with shopping, restaurants and other services nearby which made it very convenient. Also, close to the highways so we could hop on and head anywhere very quickly.
We went to Newgrange nearby which we enjoyed.
