Breakfast was ok. First day they brought it out very late. Other days was hit or miss situation. No eggs until you asked for them. Over all it was ok.

The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all.
The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side.
The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment.
The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check in as well.

Had a really great stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the shower—the water pressure was amazing, honestly one of the best I’ve experienced.
The property also has great amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, plus direct access to the beach, which made the stay even better.
The only downside was that the food wasn’t always consistent, but overall everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again.
