“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”

“Feminine used sanitary products filled the bathroom bin. Half eaten takeaway fish and chips in the fridge. Washing machine has a full load of bedding in it. There was quite a few opened jars, tubs and dry cooking ingredients in the fridge and cupboard. The room is comfortably furnished, could do with another arm chair. The cooker, microwave, toaster are all clean and work well. The bed was freshly made, the mattress a little too soft for me (personal preference). There is a Morrisons local……

“Overall we had a lovely stay. We were informed that there was no provision for an evening meal on either evening (we stayed 2 nights) that was fine, as we were happy to drive to nearby Haverfordwest. We were a little disappointed that on Saturday evening the bar was closed to residents due to a private function. It would have been nice to have some prior warning, as a couple of drinks at the bar would have been a nice end to the evening. That bring said the breakfast was excellent and our room……

“Well first of all, it is in a beautiful location surrounded by lovely green fields. Next our room was amazing. Great bed, lots of room, large shower. The shower had lots of water pressure and lots of hot water! We slept so nice it was hard to wake up in the mornings. Next came the BEST English Breakfast! The House is located next to so many wonderful places to visit. Minutes from Prembroke Castle, Carew Castle, and Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The staff really went out of their way make us feel……
