“The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it”

“The hotel staff there were really friendly and welcoming, however, the whole building smells like a stale smoker who is homeless. I had to move to a different venue, as i couldnt put up with the cigarette smell throughout the building. I walked through the gaming room to the restaurant and every 2nd person had a cigarette lit! I thought smoking was banned indoors? They also didnt clean the room, the toilet wasnt very clean, there was no soap in the bodywash, shampoo or conditioner. I would……

“I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. I booked and paid through Expedia, only to be unexpectedly assaulted with a demand for $100 in bond money upon arrival. When I questioned this charge, the old man and the female owner responded with extreme anger and hostility, as if I had committed a crime just for asking. Their behavior was not only rude but outright racist, discriminatory, and utterly unacceptable. The room was far below any standard — minimal facilities,……

“The rooms to the hotel are only accessible passing the pokies area which absolutely stinks of cigarette smoke. A sealed door separates the upstairs accommodation however the smell was overwhelming- even with the aircon on- during the night. We booked for 2 nights but left that first morning. The restaurant had fabulous food and a great menu and specials - would go back to eat but not to stay.”
