“Good location but the bathroom is dirty with some molds around the toilet bowl and shower, no hot water.”

“Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of foods. We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. ”

“I suggest Orbitz would take this out. I called the property telling them that we will be checking in between 9:00-10:00 pm. He told me guard is 24 hrs. When we got there can't find it. Place was soo dark, no lights on. Called and looking for the place while on the phone. No guard ir caretaker, have to wait for 20 minutes. Just the entrance alone is soo dirty, rooms so smelly, not enough parking for 2 vehicles, I booked for 8 persons for 2 rooms. She was providing 1 bathroom and told me 1 booked……

“We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price. Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect.”

“Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”

“Not worth the money at all. Super old room, not even a refrigerator. In need of a renovation badly. I’d expect the room I was in to be $25 a night not $100 a night. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive.”

“There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can.”

“I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. ”
