“I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. “The hotel design is really lovely - room without window is not ideal - It can be noisy at night as the bar/restaurant is not really separated from the beautiful gallery where the rooms are located - However, it got quieter after 11:00pm and I slept well - worth staying, if only for the design - breakfast was delicious ”
