"Very very special place. It’s on a cliff surrounded by the ocean so the vibes are awesome to say the least. Great customer service and very helpful staff. I would like to praise Sara in particular for her hospitality and professionalism and real commitment to making sure all hotel guests are happy. My kids still talk about Gastropub restaurant and the other restaurants on the premises. They were a bit disappointed with the gym especially since it’s advertised as state of the art. Also my younger son wasn’t able to participate in soccer academy and he left a bit disappointed because of it. But overall we absolutely adored the hotel, the staff, the gorgeous setting, the wonderful fresh air… I really wanted to give kudos to the staff for leaving solar eclipse glasses for everyone in our apartment as well as in the info about the upcoming eclipse. I completely forgot about it and it was an undeniable treat to walk out on gorgeous paths behind the hotel and watch the eclipse with the kids and other hotel guests What a special experience!!!"

"Our family had a wonderful time at Boavista Golf & Spa. We stayed in a self-catering unit that was modern, spacious, and very clean, providing all the room and flexibility we needed. While we enjoyed cooking our own meals, we also ordered food from Le Bistro a few times during our stay. The meals were consistently great and well-prepared. We made good use of the gym and spa, both of which feature excellent facilities with something for everyone. Just be sure to book your sessions in advance by calling ahead. The location is great but given the nature of Lagos and the rest of the Algarve, it is best to have a car. We had a rented car which made the holiday much more convenient and enjoyable. Between the location and top-tier amenities, Boavista delivered the perfect flexible family vacation in Lagos. We look forward to returning!"

"I stayed in this wonderful villa for 8 nights with my family earlier this month. It was highly recommended to me by a family member with great taste so I was confident that I would love it. The experience from beginning to end was excellent. Booking, communication, check-in & check-out was seamless. The hosts, Nicholas & Susan, take great pride in their home and endeavour to make sure their guests are very comfortable. We appreciated their attention to detail & care. The property management team are very responsive, pleasant & helpful. The villa is clean, spacious & fully equipped. The remodelled bathrooms & kitchen are lovely. We absolutely loved the balcony with a view of the sea. The villa is a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, boardwalk & best of all, the gorgeous beach. Praia da Luz is a safe and lovely beach community in the Algarve. I hope to return one day!"

"Ein sehr gut gelegenes Apartment mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht von Luz. Sie ist ideal für 2 Personen, mit einer guten Ausstattung in Küche und Bad. Ein Auto braucht man in Luz, auch um die schönen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden war kein Problem, wie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Check in und out waren völlig reibungslos. Wir können das Appartement nur rundum empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!"
