"We were supposed to have a hot water kettle to make coffee . Around 10:00 I tried to make coffee and after 10 minutes I realized that the plug did not fit so I told the concierge. He said he would send someone up with a converter . After an hour and a half I phoned again to complain. In 10 minutes a converter was brought to our room . What sort of high end hotel does not have converters in every room ? Very disappointing The card system on the elevators not always work . I was not the only person to complain about that The music at the pool area was very loud and therefore I did not go for a swim . Not everyone enjoys loud music . The line up at the restaurant for breakfast was annoying . The food at the buffet was sub par . My eggs were cold every day and there was very little options for westerners . The bacon was inedible due to the taste . I survived on pineapple and watermelon. I ordered room service and the French fries were cold and served with no salt and pepper . It was over all a terrible experience. I would never recommend the hotel especially after the cost of a room . Truly a bad experience. I will tell my travel friends to avoid the hotel . "

"This property is in a good location, only a few steps to Bonifacio High street for shopping and a good selection of eateries. It is also close proximity to Market Market/Ayala Mall (5 min walk) and Megaworld Uptown Mall (8-10 min walk). Considering this hotel is located in the heart of BGC, the daily rate is pretty reasonable. The staff are very polite and helpful. "

"I had the chance to stay at the Conrad Manila recently and it was a very good experience overall. The service throughout the property was solid, and Manager Virgilio M. was especially attentive and clearly focused on making sure guests were well taken care of. China Blue met expectations with well prepared dishes and a great atmosphere, and the staff at the C Lounge were professional and on point the entire time. There was some ongoing construction during my stay that created a bit of disruption, but the team responded quickly and handled it well, which I appreciated. I also had a great experience at the spa. Nerly did an excellent job and is definitely someone I would recommend requesting. Another therapist there gave me a deep tissue massage that helped a lot with tightness. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she deserves credit because the treatment made a real difference. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with a team that clearly cares about service, and I look forward to returning. Great folks."
