"I had to extend my trip for 1 night and decided to upgrade my room to a studio w a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The room was larger but the bathroom was much smaller. The telephone was non-functional, kitchenette needed repairs. The location of the room was suitable for me bc I’m a very light sleeper- on the 19th floor not facing the street."

"The staff are very attentive to our needs from the front desk guest service agents, concierge, especially the guards and crew at the basement under extremely hot conditions. you need to provide those crew some help! the swamp cooler does not appear to be working so please take care of them."

"Great place to stay. Always clean and some of best service around and one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had. Finishes are getting a bit worn from what I’ve seen I’ve the last few years of staying here. But still love the place."

"The property is further away from the airport than I expected, but I did not understand the traffic, concerns and issues that Manila has with the extreme amount of congestion, but it was a place that I would return to and stay when I visit Manila to rest up before going down to San Pablo city. The staff was extremely helpful and responded to my queries very quickly and professionally the restaurant on the 13th floor. The food is very good and the view was very nice as well. The only issue that I would say would have is in the bathroom there is a little bit of black mold on the shower wall. Where’s a little cut out where you can put your toiletries but other than that the place is extremely clean and very well organized. The only thing I wish it had though would have been a place to store stuff like a small dresser or maybe a cubbyhole the only place there was anywhere to store was underneath the vanity The other issue that I think was difficult for me was when you leave the room and he remove your key card. The Aircon and the refrigerator goes off because all the power is connected to room. I wish there was a way to at least remove their free refrigerator from that disconnection because it never was not long enough to stay. Keep anything cold the air Cohen can deal with but not having cold beverages. I did not appreciate. Other than that, I would happily stay here again in the future"
