"The reception staff were amazing and friendly, all of us were greeted with a welcome tea.
• The hotel staff made us feel extremely welcomed every time we returned to the hotel.
• The family room is spacious and suitable for 4 pax.
• Bathroom facilities are great and suitable.
• Hairdryer was functional for girls with long hair.
• Air-con with heating function works well.
• Beds are also extremely comfortable.
• Location is convenient in the old quarters area.
As we had to check out early in the morning, the hotel staff even prepared some drinks and banana for us to go. It was really convenient that we were also able to arrange transfer service to the airport at 4:30am in the morning. The driver was prompt and punctual. We really appreciate the hotel’s amazing service and find the booking value for money. We will definitely return to stay here if we were to visit Hanoi next time and recommend it to our friends

"The friendliness of the staff made it such a special stay. Mia, Angela, Giang and Cindy rest of the staff whose names I didnt get, were all extremely helpful. Also the staff on the breakfast were very attentive. All the staff made sure we had everything we needed to make the stay so special.

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Staff were so helpful and the hotel is amazing. Highly recommend staying at the peridot. The rooftop bar is fabulous. Definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you for the great memories "
" I loved the staff. The best service I have gotten anywhere and I travel a lot. They hooked me up with my tour to Ninh Binh and other guests for Ha Long Bay and Sapa, gave me recommendations for food places and were always available to help with anything. They waited with me till my Grab to the airport arrived when I was leaving and even communicated with the driver for me in their local language. I thought that was above and beyond. And the breakfast is really good (worth waking up early on a vacay for) and the room itself has everything you could possibly need, and is reasonably sized. Not too small, but not big either. Bathroom is good quality and clean. Water was excellent (i like hot showers and never had issues).

"Our stay at Solaria Hotel was amazing — easily the best in Hanoi! The room was spacious and beautiful, which is rare in the Old Quarter. The location was perfect, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and main sights.
Breakfast was delicious, and we loved relaxing with cocktails at the rooftop bar after exploring.
A huge thanks to Liam, who organised our Ha Long Bay trip, airport transfers, and even a complimentary foot spa. He made everything stress-free, especially travelling with kids.
We also received a lovely thank-you gift of Vietnamese coffee when we left — such a thoughtful touch.
Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend Solaria Hotel!"
"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Centrally located and convenient within the old quarter. The stand outs are the service and breakfast buffet.
Every service member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Requests were fulfilled immediately and with enthusiasm and care.
The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Great assortment of food at the buffet as well as food and drinks available to order at no cost. The selection changed slightly each morning so I was excited to see what was available every day.
The hotel also contacted me before arrival and offered a driver service from the airport to hotel for a reasonable fee. We also arranged the same service to the airport when departing and this was organised seamlessly.
Upon leaving we were gifted cute tote bags! "
"Great Stay in Hanoi
The location of this hotel was fantastic, so close to everything central. Water Puppet Theatre is only just around the corner. Staff were exceptional. The girl at the reception was great with a lot of information and assistance when we requested it. Rooms were comfortable and clean, bedding was perfect"
