“What an awesome place to stay. We walked into the room not sure what to expect and we loved it. Nice big, airy room and the shower was fantastic. Location was great in the downtown district. Parking wasn’t the best but we figured out where to stay. We are not real experienced travelers so I felt the check in could have been explained better. Such as where the room was located (3rd floor) and we had to triple check what room was ours. Maybe explain where the particular room is located and explain……

“Tim is always great to work with. The house is really nice. Great location and a perfect 2 bedroom house, just the right size. Great little backyard for my puppy. We've stayed in this house 3 times now and we'll be there again next year.”

“Hotel is a little dated but clean. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced room that is clean and has a decent breakfast this is your place. Only thing I would say that was a bummer was the shower head. Water pressure was good but hard water calcium build up has the water shooting every way but down.”

“Had a good stay except got home and they charged me for an extra night I wasn’t there. Then said they credited it back and they did not! Do t think I’ll stay there again for this reason.”

“Nice, I would stay there again. Clean and comfortable. Host is responsive. There is a short distance on a gravel road that is a bit washboard. Not the host's fault just reality.”

“Horrible customer service. Booked a stay and purchased cancellation service but chose the wrong date. They refused to refund me or change my date. Worst service I’ve ever experienced”

“The exterior doors weren’t working with the key card (heard someone say they weren’t working last time he stayed there too), cable TV in transition according to staff not working only 4 channels, holes in the towels. No easily accessible plugs next to the bed. Knocked on senior citizens door at 5am to tell her to turn down her TV down.”
