Located just steps away from the metro and Parilly Park, its location will allow you to reach the centre of Lyon in 15 minutes by metro line D. The apartment has a large, bright living room with access to a beautiful garden. It is located on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated house in a quiet area on the edge of Parilly Park, with a private garage with a gate. This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 2 people (one bedroom with a double bed). You will have exclusive use of the apartment and be free to use all the facilities: unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave... Bed linen and towels are provided in full. Guest access Access to the entire accommodation (not shared with the owner).
