Our room overlooked the back side of the property, including the pool. Great views and an open feel in our large room. The host was so gracious and helpful. She recommended public transportation for our visit to Old Lyon, and it worked out perfectly. She also provided direction in getting our laundry taken care of. In many ways, staying at Effect felt like being at home. Stefanie and Remy have the most chic, warm and welcoming BnB! We came with our 3.5 year old son who has energy for DAYS and their sizable yard, and sweet children made for the best time! We felt as if we came to stay with old friends. In this quiet suburban area outside of Lyon there are no shortage of places to dine (to include a 1 Star Michelin) and brasseries favored by locals.
