Very nice new hotel near the railway station and a large shopping mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and calling a taxi. The room was really nice and comfortable. Perfect place for a brief stay in Lyon on our way back to Paris from Chamonix.

A very comfortable hotel with great security and service at the front desk. Attached to the Gare Par Dieu but totally quiet. The attendant, Jack, helped us get to a pharmacy replace a lost medication and saved us such a hassle! We highly recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, just by the station. The rooms are great, nice quality and spacious. We found staff to be friends friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue with one member of staff, the manager managed to resolve the problem very quickly. Has good bike storage facilities. Excellent stay with Pullman. The hotel was renovated and spacious! The restaurant was very good both with dinner and breakfast. The area is convenient right next to the train station and a bus stop in front. Also directly across is the shopping mall and supermarket.
